Joaquín Sánchez, was born in El Puerto de Santa María in 1981, he debuted in the first team of Betis in the season 1999-2000, where he played until 2006 the year he signed for Valencia. After 5 years in Valencia, in 2011 he signed for Málaga, where he spent 2 seasons. In 2013 he signed for Fiorentina and in 2005 he returns to his home club, Betis where he still remains until the present. He debuted in the Spanish national team in February 2002 and He participated in the world championships in 2002 and 2006, as well as in the EuroCup 2004.

New creations, classic cocktails, funny adaptations and lots of ingredients to suit all tastes and personalities. A great challenge, week after week, that required to thoroughly analyze the selected character: origin, playing style, sporting trajectory, personal tastes, anecdotes and curiosities.
Rummaging even in his personality with the intention of finding the right ingredients for each cocktail and to be able to select also the style of glass in which to serve it. Taking advantage of the different techniques of elaboration so that the final result shows us, without a doubt, the celebrity and the cocktail designed for him.
