4 of the best places to drink mojitos in Barcelona
Quèfem?, the weekly supplement of La Vanguardia has published an article about the best mojitos in the city of Barcelona and recommends four establishments including the Torre Rosa cocktail bar.
In the garden of our tower of indianos located between the neighborhoods Guinardó and Sagrera, under the palm trees, we make the classic Cuban mojito, the authentic. We prepare this famous drink based on rum, sugar and peppermint in the purest Cuban style.
“In the 80s, when the mojito was a rara avis in our city, we went to the Bodeguita del Medio (Havana), where the mojito was born, and we practiced learning from the best, “explains Jordi, owner of Torre Rosa. Since then we use the same formula: white sugar, natural lemon and lime juice, crushed mint without breaking, soda and Cuban rum”, he says. From Havana to Guinardó!
Come to enjoy our mojitos!
