
Lemon Pie-Tini Recipe
In a cocktail shaker:
4 cl. of Vodka
6 cl. Advocaat liquor
2 cl. lemon juice
1 cl. heavy cream
One and a half tablespoons of Lemon Curd cream
For the meringue foam made in a pastry siphon:
23 cl. de egg white
10 cl. Limoncello liquor
3 cl. lemon juice
25 gr. sugar
Decorate with lime zest and a touch of butter and caramel cookie.

We started the year by bringing back one of our favorite cups. We want to surprise you with the adaptation of a wonderful cake that we have transformed into a tasty digestive cocktail.
Nos hemos inspirado en el Lemon Pie, un postre muy popular en los Estados Unidos y en algunos países de Latinoamérica, como Argentina, Chile, Guatemala y Perú.
This tart, usually served after meals, is made on a puff pastry base, filled with lemon cream, and topped with a fluffy meringue. The origin of Lemon Pie dates back to the 19th century and the oldest recorded recipe was attributed to Alexander Frehse, a Swiss baker.
Just like the cake, this cocktail is made with two different textures.
On one side the base, composed of vodka and Advocaat, a creamy liqueur of Dutch origin, prepared with egg yolk, sugar, alcohol and flavored with vanilla. Añadimos también zumo natural de limón, crema de leche y Lemon Curd, una crema de limón de intenso sabor. Crowning the cocktail you will find meringue foam with citrus notes, lime zest and a touch of exquisite butter cookie and caramel.
