6 cl. Viñas de Oro Pisco
4 cl. mango juice
3 cl. lemon juice
1 cl. sugar syrup
2 cl. egg white
Three drops of Angostura bitters

This month, our bartender Adrià Arjona wants to surprise you with this fruity version of the classic Pisco Sour. A more modern proposal that incorporates the smoothness and sweetness of mango juice to the original recipe.

what is pisco?

Pisco is a spirit that is obtained by distillation of grapes. Chile and Peru are the two Latin American countries that dispute the origin and quality of this product.

The two origins and all the types of “pisquera” grapes are wonderful. For this cocktail, we use a pure Peruvian Quebranta grape pisco, a distillate with a great aroma in which sensations of green herbs and dried fruits stand out.

We finish the cocktail with a sprig of mint to bring freshness to the nose and a mango jelly, made by us, which will intensify the flavor of this tropical fruit.
