5cl. rested Tequila Jimador
2cl. Mezcal Espadin
2.5cl. ginger syrup
2.5cl. lemon juice
2.5cl. honey water (a part of water for two of honey)
Optional: 1 teaspoon of egg white

Nothing better than the new Mexicillin cocktail to combat the cold winter nights

This fun variation of the Penicillin cocktail substitutes the Scotch Whiskey for rested Tequila and adds some wonderful smoky notes with Mezcal. The warm and calming flavors of honey, lemon and the spiciness of fresh ginger complete this remedy to revive the body.
