8 cl. Cranberry juice
2 cl. Sugar syrup
Sprigs of rosemary
We are in the middle of the raspberry season and that is something that we must take advantage of. They are delicate and very tasty fruits, with a large number of benefits, especially their high antioxidant capacity.
We present the ROSEMARY CRUSH cocktail, a little treasure with an intense red fruit flavor. Silky and with a surprising finish of fresh herbs.
We crush the fresh fruit and rosemary to convey all the sensation and aromas to this beautiful glass, in the style of the old Smash cocktails.
To flesh out this recipe, we have chosen the new Seagram’s Vermouth. With a very decisive palate: sweet-bitter, smooth and persistent. All the American essence of Seagram’s Gin becomes Vermouth with a perfect blend of white wine, botanicals and natural extracts, with marked notes of grapefruit, lime and lemon.
