Product availability.

How to place an order.

Delivery.
The products will be sent to the address you have indicated.
The delivery time ranges between 2 and 17 days (working days), from the day after the order is placed, by Post.
Orders received on Friday or holidays will be shipped the first following business day.
During the Christmas holidays, these delivery times could take longer than usual.
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time.
Gift vouchers will be delivered by email or download from the customer after payment is made.
Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
For the “Torre Rosa Bag” the delivery time through CORREOS in the peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands is:
Ordinary letter: 3-5 business days from when the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays)
Certified letter: 2-5 business days from the date of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays)
For all the following products, the delivery time varies depending on the availability of the stock of each product:
T-shirts and sweatshirts: 3-14 business days.
Posters: 3-8 business days.
Mugs: 2-8 business days.
Bottles: 6-19 business days.
It is not possible to specify the exact time of delivery.
If there is any error in your received order, contact us and we will inform you of the way to solve it at no cost.
The indicated deadlines will be respected as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
LA TORRE ROSA 1987 SL reserves the right to cancel the shipment of any order, proceeding to refund the amount paid, when:
– The destination of the shipment is for an area that is not covered by our transport agencies.
– When the shipping address has been altered or is untraceable.
– When after trying to locate the customer, it has not been possible to make the delivery. In this case, the amount will be refunded when the package is returned to our establishment.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the products, which is will prove by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Impossibility of delivery.
If when attempting the delivery there is no one at the address provided, the courier will leave a note of arrival indicating how to arrange the new delivery.
If, finally, the order was returned by post due to the impossibility of delivering the package, you will have to pay for the new shipment.
If within 15 days, counting from the time your order is available for delivery, the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to LA TORRE ROSA 1987 SL, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved.
As a result of the termination of the contract, we will return all your payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please, keep in mind that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, for which LA TORRE ROSA 1987 SL will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs.
In case of impossibility of delivery of the gift vouchers for technical reasons, you must provide us with an email address where we can send you the downloadable product.
Cancellation of an order.
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. If you want to cancel an order, send us an email to info@torrerosa.com with the number of the order to be canceled and a bank account number and we will refund the amount paid by bank transfer.
You have the right to cancel an order without giving any reason. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, which approves the consolidated text of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios and other complementary laws.
