6 cl. Gin Beefeater Black
3 cl. lemon juice
2 cl. cane sugar syrup
Two drops of Bitter Angostura

On many occasions we discover that what seems like a simple recipe turns out to be a spectacular cocktail in the end. The Fitzgerald is one of these examples.

Well balanced and with a bright citrus flavor. The new Beefeater Black gin elevates the proposition by adding two new botanicals to the nine in its original recipe: thyme and lemon verbena. The bitters of Angostura provide depth and roundness to the glass.

Invented by Dale Degroff “King Cocktail” in the early 90s at the Rainbow Room in New York, it is named after the famous American author F. Scott Fitzgerald, who was known for his great love of gin.
